Yummy Hibiscus Tea
Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce or 15 grams of Kate's Hibiscus Flowers c/s
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cups of cold water
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- lime wedges (optional)
1. Place the hibiscus and cinnamon stick in a large jar or bowl.
2. Add water. Cover and refrigerate overnight (8 to 12 hours). Add simple syrup to taste. Strain out the solids and serve over ice with a squeeze of lime, if desired.

Herbal Tea
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of herbal mixture with equal amounts of Kate’s Hibiscus Flowers, dried ginger root, dried willow bark, dried dandelion leaf, & high mallow
- 1 cup of water
1. Mix equal amounts of Kate’s Hibiscus Flowers, dried ginger root, dried willow bark, dried dandelion leaf, and high mallow (Malva sylvestris) together, and store these herbs in a closed container.
2. When ready to use, steep 1 tablespoon of this herbal mixture in 1 cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.

Sweet Hibiscus Lemonade
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of Kate’s Hibiscus Flowers
- 2 ½ cups of water
- 1 ½ cups of sugar or natural sweetener
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- Another 2 ½ cups of water
1. Mix 2 ½ cups of water and 1 ½ cups of the sugar/sweetener together and boil it until the sugar/sweetener is dissolved.
2. Add Kate’s Hibiscus Flowers to this mixture and let it cool to room temperature. After letting the flowers steep, strain the flowers out.
3. Add 1 cup of lemon juice and another 2 ½ cups of water to the final mixture.
